I can’t believe it is December already and this year is coming to an end. It might sound funny but I can do with a few more months in 2017 to make up for the time lost trying to adjust to a new place. From what I have learnt in this year, there’s a lot that I need to work on for my personal growth and happiness. I know now how bad I am at making new friends and communicating my feelings even to my close ones after living at a place where I hardly knew anyone. Also that I definitely need to be more focussed in life to achieve what I desire. The list is long but I will keep it for my next blog. In this post I decided to share this outfit with you guys after the response that I got on the pictures on my Instagram.
Also, I really need to apologise to you guys for not putting up any content on the blog for so long. I was going through a phase where I was not sure if I even wanted to continue doing this. I had started to doubt myself and this feeling was so strong that no amount of self motivation could help me overcome it. That is when I decided to let it be and not to push myself too hard. Moving to a new country with no friends and no job to look upto every day, it took me some time to start making the most of what I had. It was all that I ever wanted, a break from my job and lots of travel but somehow not having a reason to wake up every morning was difficult situation to deal with. Anyhow, life can be hard but we can’t stop doing what we love. I am still working on it but I promise to be regular with my posts from now on and create content that I like and know that you will like too! I would love for you guys to leave your suggestions below so that we can make this platform more interactive and relatable!
Coming to this look, the current weather here would cramp my limbs if I step out of house like this. But it is a perfect transitional look to take you from autumn to winter and you can always layer it up with a warm coat if needed!
Let me introduce to you one of my favourite boots this season. These thigh high boots not only look chic but they are actually made for walking. I have already worn them a few times with the same skirt and once with my velvet dress on my birthday trip to London. But this was my first time styling long boots with a mini skirt and trust me I felt so chic in this outfit. I cannot stress more on the fact that having statement pieces like such in your wardrobe is always a practical investment.
What do you say about this look? Would you like to try it?
Hope you liked this post and do leave your comments below to tell me if you do. I could do with some loving words from you guys! 🙂
