Looks like the Spring season is finally upon us here in Toronto and I couldn’t be more excited to see what next few months have in store for us! I am kind of looking forward to the patio season sipping on summer drinks but I am also taking this opportunity to share one last winter look on the blog until next time! This one is all about fuss-free winter dressing and a visual insight into how I survived the coldest winter of my life! Now even though I love dressing up during winters, there is nothing much you can do when it is literally freezing outside!! So no points for guessing that it was all about big jackets and bigger scarves for me, plus some (think thermals and layers!).
This look is very much ideated by the struggle to make it fashion in negative temperatures. But I would like to say that my vintage coat seen here is a hero piece. It is thrilling to come across such unique pieces and the fact that I could keep up with my resolution to be a responsible shopper, makes it all the more better.
The length of this coat is perfect for my height and I love how it shows just the hem of my animal print skirt making it fun for a casual Sunday coffee date with S! We love exploring coffee shops in the city during weekends and since we are either walking or using TTC, I have to be prepared for worse in case the weather turns bad. I hope you liked the fit and do let me know in the comments down below. 🙂
