For someone who is generally too coy opening up to new people, writing a blog and letting out the details felt a bit awkward in the beginning. I fumbled, got stuck sometimes but found my way till here. Things have changed with time and blogging has grown on me. It certainly brings out the best in me, my alter ego, which I would not mind trading in for real. Wondering why I am talking about this today? well, I feel it brings us all a little more closer and I owe you guys a big thanks! The work that I do, when appreciated, brings me utmost happiness.
Seriously, I was overwhelmed looking at the stats of my last post. The response you guys gave to it was amazing, even when I was posting after a break, sort of! This is the kind of stuff that drives me to work hard and create more.
Talking about this look, I love to play with colours and my blog is a perfect canvas that allows me to do that. So for once I decided to go color crazy and added hues of blue, black and neon green for a bold fall fashion inspiration. This is first time I wore a bralet top and totally embraced the femininity it lend to my outfit. This tropical palm print top looks fancy besides the fact that it is a perfect base for layering when the weather gets hot in the day and cold as sun sets out. But while playing with many colors at once, make sure they compliment each other. Try to keep one muted shade like my black pants here to tone down the look.
As we are nearing the end of this year, I am beginning to think of all the things that are still left undone. I do not run after to-do’s, have never made one, but over time I have developed a habit of keeping track of my work. I make mind notes on things that distract me and stay away from them to be focussed and for work-life balance. Two things that I need to stress on is my sporadic fitness routine and travel planning. This might be my goal for next year but I am still hopeful to bring them on track before this year ends. 🙂
Have a great weekend y’all!
