The last few weeks have been really satisfying in terms of blogging as I could post on a regular basis and churn out content for you all to read. It also has been a roller coaster ride with me trying to multi task and feeling completely exhausted by the end of the day. But the response from you guys towards my work is something that I can’t thank you enough for. I don’t want to sound cliche but this is a big deal for me and a huge motivation that pump up my desire to blog even more and create good content for HuesofMe.
Coming to this look, It was one of my comfortable weekend #ootd that I had changed into after we were done shooting a different look last weekend. Given my solid love affair with easy, no-fuss styling, this outfit was just what I needed to walk around on a beautiful Saturday afternoon deciding on a spot for our super late lunch. And it was only when Shivam took a random picture of me that I happened to like, I decided to get some more shots in this outfit. It was a very unplanned shoot that we pulled off after putting in a few thoughts over our hearty meal at the Glen’s.
There is no prize for guessing that I love layering and the constant rains here in Bangalore have given me a good enough reason to cozy up. Basically, I hate wearing anything that clings to my skin and has the tendency to absorb moisture in this weather. So I resort to wear cotton a lot more and this turtleneck ribbed bodycon dress was a no-brainer which I paired with my checkered shirt dress as a cover up. A fringe bag, pair of tinted sunglasses and my shiny silver shoes were the only accessories I needed to complete my casual weekend look.
So what do you think of this outfit? Would you fancy wearing it for may be a brunch date with your girls or are there any tweaks you would like to make? I am excited to hear.
