As the days are getting hotter and with harsh sun shining upon us in all its glory, its time to reshuffle the wardrobe and invest in pieces which are lightweight, skin friendly and lets you breathe. This time we witnessed the subtle pastel shades, neutrals, nature inspired prints with understated color pop dominating the ramp for spring/summer fashion. Colors like white, mint green, powder blue, icy pink, soft grey, yellow and their likes are the choices for this season. You can easily transit into summer by pairing bold prints with theseΒ  soft solid colors. The trick is to strike a balance between the warmer tones of the season with soft and cool hues. This rule is applicable for everything from your wardrobe to home decor.

In this post , I am wearing the top which has become my recent favorite and even though it has the basic print and color for summer, I love it for its bell sleeves. They speak of Victorian era fashion but the abstract print gives it a modern touch. I feel it’s a perfect addition to my summer wardrobe for the same reason plus the sleeves add romantic touch to the whole look. This outfit is perfect for a casual brunch with friends flaunting your effortless style.

Adding little details to the outfit makes it more interesting and i have added this metallic blue clutch and turquoise silver earrings toΒ  compliment the pink tone.
