Let me start by sharing that the weather is not at all what it looks like here in the pictures. It was around 10-12 degrees but the sun was out in all its glory and I couldn’t care less about the cold. I had never seen actual Spring until now. I have been told that Spring is the best time to be here and I am lucky to not have visited during winter season which is unbearable. In my defence, I am still cold and had not fallen sick in a long time until now!

While I try and get used to the numbing winds, I can’t help but appreciate the beauty of warming sunlight these days. It is a perfect time to bring out those breezy dresses and skirts and play with some layering (that is what spring is all about right!). This pleated maxi skirt that I got from StalkBuyLove worked as a perfect transitional piece to help me create a spring worthy look. You can never go wrong with pleats and this post affirm the same. But if you ask me a favourite from my look, it has to be this rose embroidered patch t-shirt that was my parting gift from a dear friend.

Statement pieces like such have all my love. They are a major key to building a conscious wardrobe. One that helps you stay on trend but off the fashion bandwagon. Most importantly because how you style something is purely your imagination and not a runway takeaway. So don’t shy from following the trends but have fun with styling while at it. With that I am done sharing my two cents on how to keep up with the latest trends without fail. Do drop a comment below if you agree!

Also! Don’t forget to add me on Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook for all behind the scene actions while shooting these looks or my daily life shenanigans. Let’s get to know each other a little more! 🙂

Love
Raman
