I am back with my Monday post again and this time I have styled a gorgeous jacquard dress look on the blog. It is not always that I wear dresses or even get an opportunity to wear one for that matter. The regular days at office calls for something easy yet business appropriate and I mostly prefer wearing trousers or dark jeans. But this does not stop me from getting my hands on beautiful dresses I come across while random shopping spree. Plus weekends are always there to my disposal and I like to glam things up sometimes! 🙂 So last weekend when Mr. hubby decided to take me out on a dinner date, I embarked on the opportunity and took out this lovely dress of mine. We shot this look in evening before leaving and the pictures came out pretty nice than expected.
Although I am not a big fan of bodycon silhouette but the fit of this dress was to-die-for and the long sleeves specially added a romantic touch to it. The best part about this dress is the fabric, it looks rich and heavy due to jacquard weaving but let me tell you it is actually light as a feather. You can even style this dress casually by throwing on a pair of sneakers and long cape for day wear, which I would do typically! Ditching any major accessories, I let my structured blue bag do the talking and just wore silver loop earrings to go with the grey and white color scheme.
Hope you like the look and let me know how differently would you would like to wear it!
